Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order still includes all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is the same as when the product arrived.

  • The product shows signs of normal handling only — no damage from careless use.

  • Products where hygiene is a factor must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  • The product was found to be defective upon receipt.

SkinMuse reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged without our fault.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Include the following details in your message:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • A photo of the product (in case of damage)

  • Your full name

  • Your address

We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.

⚠️ Important: Never send your return to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct return address after your request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions, provided the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily not commercial or self-employed:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), received the final item in your order.

As SkinMuse operates using a fully automated order processing system, your order begins processing immediately after it's placed. This means the shipping process cannot be interrupted once the order has been submitted, and refunds before receipt of goods are not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us via a clear statement (e.g., by email) at info@skinmuse.com. The withdrawal becomes effective once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Proof of Shipment for Returns

Our goods ship directly from Asia, so longer transit times may occur — something beyond our control. If your goods are already en route, withdrawal is not possible until delivery is completed.

Once you receive your order, you can then initiate the return process. You're welcome to inform us of your intent to withdraw in advance, but please wait until you have received the goods before returning them.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you provide a shipping confirmation once your return is sent.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (except where we’ve offered a free shipping option and you've chosen an alternative method), without undue delay — and no later than 14 days after we receive your return and withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree to another method. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
